平和と安全を求める人たちにお伝えします。私たちはみなさんを支援します。そしてアメリカと言う希望の灯はかつてのように輝いているのかと、それを疑っていたすべての人たちに告げます。私たちは今夜この夜、再び証明しました。この国の力とは、もてる武器の威力からくるのでもなく、もてる富の巨大さからくるのでもない。この国の力とは、民主主義、自由、機会、そして不屈の希望という私たちの理想がおのずと内包する、その揺るぎない力を源にしているのだと。
